Ultimate Small Business Marketing BookWe’ve read a lot of books on marketing for small business and to be frank, most of them left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. However, this gem by Dee Blick was not one of them – it’s arguably one of the best books for helping small business owners to squeeze every penny out of their marketing budget, even if that budget is tiny. Some of the ideas in the book fall into the ‘outside the box’ way of thinking and despite our decades of experience in marketing, even we learned something from this super book.

How To Start a Business without Any Money – Rachel Bridge

How to Start a Business Without Any MoneyIf ever there was a book whose title perfectly summed-up what it does, this is it. Probably the single biggest barrier that most people have to address when starting a small business is finance. The assumption is that you can’t set-up a business without thousands of pounds in the bank but this book changes that view. So if you’re looking to start your small business journey but are concerned about the costs involved then this book is an absolute must read. We should also say that it’s also pretty useful if you do have money and are looking for some cheap (or free) marketing strategies.
